Voice: Open phone, Grasshopper, One talk, RingCentral.

Ticketing System: Freshdesk, Zohodesk, Zendesk​

The agent operates 5 days a week and standard operational hours are 09:00 am to 05:00 pm Monday to Friday at the rate of $6.25 hourly and $250/Weekly

Monitoring incoming ride offers across various platforms and accepting those that align with our drivers' schedules and availability

Driver Management and Support

Overseeing driver concerns, providing support, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to perform their duties effectively

Patient Management and Support

Addressing any concerns or issues raised by patients, ensuring they receive the support and care they need

Timeliness Monitoring

Ensuring that drivers are punctual for all scheduled pick-ups and that we meet the commitments made to patients

Daily Schedule Assignment

Preparing and assigning the daily schedule to drivers ahead of time and confirming each ride with the respective patients

Email Management

Handling and responding to emails on behalf of the company, ensuring prompt and professional communication

Driver Payroll Management

Managing and processing payroll for drivers, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for their services
