Salary Range: PKR 45,000 to PKR 70,000 (Depend on the relevant experience)

Shift Timings: 1pm to10pm, 7pm to 4 am, 09pm to 06am - Pakistan Time

However, the candidate needs to be flexible in terms of shift timings

About the Role

1. Handling Customer and our business Partner Inquiries via Email, Live Chat and Inbound Calls
2. Resolving Customer/Partner Complaints in specific turnaround time.
3. Making following up outbound calls to our affiliate partners and Customers to resolve their issues
4. Investigating customer reviews etc.
5. Back-office Management and Admin tasks
6. Processing Orders Online
7. Data Entry
8. Ensure to provide First Contact resolution in most effective way

Requirements

  • Excellent English Speaking and Writing .

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate

  • Prior experience in UK and US Call center is an additional advantage
